Shelley has been practicing law since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 1998, cum laude. Prior to law school, she attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice.
Shelley has lived in the Pacific Northwest for the last eleven years and loves it here. Although she calls Oregon home, she remains and avid and loyal Green Bay Packer fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband doing anything outdoorsy including hiking, fishing, and crabbing at the coast.
Shelley specializes in criminal, juvenile, family and personal injury law.

John L. Guinn was born and raised in upstate New York where he attended Colgate University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. After competing as soccer player in the Dutch third division in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Mr. Guinn earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan graduating in 1989.
In 1990, he began working for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago, Illinois handling matters from traffic offenses and misdemeanors to sex crimes and homicides throughout the Cook County court system.
Mr. Guinn was a founding member of the firm of Lamantagne & Guinn, P.C. of Denver, Colorado in 2001 where he handled complex bank fraud litigations in federal court on behalf of bank regulators while working closely with prosecutors from the United States Attorney’s Office.
In addition, he managed all aspects of private litigations and developed a small, but successful criminal defense practice in Denver and its surrounding counties. Mr. Guinn has litigated civil and criminal matters in Illinois, Alabama, Colorado and Oregon. He relocated to Oregon in 2004 with his wife and children.
John, in his private life, enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing and cycling, as well as watching and coaching his children’s youth soccer teams.
John specializes in general civil litigation, criminal defense, juvenile law, domestic relations and employment law. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Multnomah Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association.

Sara is the most recent addition to the team at Shelley L. Fuller & Associates. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Sara grew up just north of Seattle in Everett, Washington. She moved to Oregon in 1994. In 1998, Sara graduated from Lewis & Clark College with honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology.
Sara attended Willamette University College of Law and graduated with her J.D. in 2002. In the fall of 2002, after being admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Sara worked for now retired Judge Sidney A. Galton, in the Multnomah County Circuit Court. She took a break to travel in South America for several months before returning to an associate position at Helzer & Cromar, LLP. In her two and a half years as an associate with Helzer & Cromar, LLP she practiced family law, probate, civil litigation, criminal defense, and basic estate planning.
Sara joins Shelley L. Fuller & Associates to specialize in domestic relations law and basic estate planning. She is enthusiastic in her practice of law and is determined to assist her clients in finding or creating the most appropriate resolution to their legal matter. Sara is practical in her problem solving approach and thorough in her consideration of her clients' individual needs and situations.
Sara values the importance of family and enjoys spending time with her own. She loves traveling abroad, hiking and backpacking. Sara and her husband are avid music fans and often frequent various live music venues and shows.
Sara belongs to the Oregon State Bar New Lawyers Division Continuing Legal Education Committee, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Multnomah Bar Association.

Stephen has been working in the legal profession for nearly 20 years. Prior to graduating from New York Law School in 1995, he worked as a legal assistant and law clerk in large law firms and corporations in New York City, specializing in employment law and civil litigation. Since moving to Oregon in 1997, he has practiced law mainly in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, civil rights, disability law, employment law, and appeals.
Stephen grew up in Iowa, and graduated from the University of Iowa, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Literature. He studied logic and philosophy and received a Master's Degree from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
Stephen moved to Oregon for the outdoor recreation, and enjoys backpacking and camping with his two young children.
Stephen accepted the Oregon Trial Lawyer's Public Justice Award in 2003, which he received on behalf of the Oregon Advocacy Center for work he did in connection with a lawsuit entitled Henderson v. Kitzhaber, et al. , which succeeded in protecting 24 individuals with severe mental and physical disabilities who were being evicted from their residential care facilities due to state budget cuts.
He is admitted to practice law in Oregon, the United States District Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, and the Washington County Bar Association.

Tara has been with the firm since June 2002. She is the receptionist and paralegal all in one. She is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association legal staff section. She attends various continuing legal education seminars to enhance her legal knowledge and make her an even more effective assistant.
Tara is an Oregon native. She attended St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School in Roy and Valley Catholic High School in Beaverton. In 2000, she graduated from Eastern Oregon University in La Grande with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and minors in Spanish and International Studies. In 2002, she earned her Paralegal Certificate from Portland Community College.
Tara studied abroad in Ecuador in 1998/99. She is fluent in Spanish. She has traveled extensively including visits to Puerto Rico and Spain. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband, photography and any outdoor activity. She is active in the community by offering her time to coach high school volleyball.

Jenni is the newest member of the firm and started in March 2007. She is currently the receptionist and will eventually be transitioning into a full time paralegal. She enjoys attending continuing legal education seminars which keep her up to date on new and exciting changes in the field of law.
Jenni was raised in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge where she still travels often, to visit family and friends. After high school she attended college in Bellingham, Washington, majoring in English and Women’s Studies. Upon relocating to Portland she enrolled in the College of Legal Arts earning her Paralegal Certificate in March 2007, and has been featured in the College’s most recent television commercial.
In her free time, Jenni loves spending time with her family, and playing with her one year old daughter. She has traveled through Europe including trips to England and France, and plans to visit Portugal sometime in the near future.
