Shelley L. Fuller

Shelley Fuller has been practicing law since graduating from Seattle University School of Law in 1998, cum laude. Prior to law school, she attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice. 

Ms. Fuller moved immediately back to Oregon after law school in Seattle to take the Bar exam.  She began practicing law in 1998 where she worked as a legal assistant for Washington County Counsel prosecuting civil commitment hearings, land use violations and other legal research duties.  This position taught Ms. Fuller a great deal about mental health issues which she continues to use in her current practice.  

After practicing a year, Ms. Fuller worked for two years at a Criminal Defense firm in Beaverton where she managed a caseload of criminal cases and juvenile dependency cases against the Department of Human Services (DHS).  After working for this firm and gaining a thorough understanding of the criminal and juvenile justice systems, she ventured out on her own and opened her own firm.

Today, Ms. Fuller is the managing partner of Shelley L. Fuller & Associates which employs three additional attorneys and four paralegals.  In addition to her administrative duties, she holds down a caseload varying from adoptions and family law to criminal defense and personal injury cases. 

She is a member of the Family and Juvenile law sections of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and a member and Board member of the Washington County Bar Association.

Ms. Fuller is extremely dedicated to her clients and prides herself on being a good listener and helping people get through some of the toughest times in their lives.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl doing anything outdoorsy including fishing, camping and crabbing at the coast.  She also remains an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
